Gathering in the Heart of the Home: Start your day in the light-filled main level, where the chef’s kitchen seamlessly opens to the main dining area and cozy hearth room. With two plush barrel chairs, a deep sectional, and a leather ottoman, there’s a quiet corner for morning reading as well as plenty of room for afternoon family reunions.
Game Night Central: The lower level is built for friendly competition across all ages. Challenge someone to a game of pool, play a round of bowling on the regulation-length shuffleboard table, or set up a dart tournament. For quieter evenings, choose from over a dozen classic board games and card sets while staying cozy near the lower-level fireplace.
Bedtime Comfort for Everyone: We’ve eliminated the typical "vacation rental compromise." There are no hand-me-down furnishings or mixed-and-matched linens here. Every King bed features luxury Purple or Nectar mattresses wrapped in hotel-quality linens, complemented by thick Peacock Alley bath towels in all five bathrooms.
Exploring Blue Ridge: When you’re ready to venture out, downtown Blue Ridge is just 20 minutes down paved roads. Spend the day scenic train riding on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, picking apples at Mercier Orchards, or tasting local wines at Bear Claw Vineyards before returning to your peaceful mountain haven.
